VAT भनेको के हो? (What is VAT?)

यो अप्रत्यक्ष कर (Indirect Tax) हो जुन प्रत्येक चरणमा value (मूल्य) बढ्दा सरकारले लिन्छ।

जे सामान/सेवा उत्पादन, बिक्री वा वितरण हुँदै जान्छ, त्यही प्रत्येक चरणमा थपिएको मूल्यमा VAT लाग्छ। अन्तिममा करको भार उपभोक्ता (Customer)     लाई पर्छ। व्यवसायले VAT उठाएर सरकारलाई बुझाउने काम गर्छ।
